Users agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Pueblo, Colorado, rather than litigation. Users waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits against PARC. Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court’s jurisdiction. Users may opt out of arbitration by providing written notice to parliamentarian@w0phc.org within 30 days of first agreeing to these terms.

Information We Collect We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, and call sign when registering for membership, signing up for our newsletter, or making donations.
Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance) Users in the European Union (GDPR) and California (CCPA) may request access to, modification, or deletion of their data at any time. To exercise these rights, email parliamentarian@w0phc.org. All data requests will be processed within 30 days in compliance with GDPR Article 12 and CCPA Section 1798.130.
Data Retention Policy We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for its intended purpose:
Membership & event records: 5 years after the last active date.
Financial/donation records: 7 years (for tax compliance).
Website analytics: 12 months.
Users may request earlier deletion if no legal retention requirement applies.

Refund & Donation Policy Last Updated: February 11, 2025
Donations Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless an error occurred during processing. Refund requests must be sent to treasurer@w0phc.org within 10 business days.
Event Registration Fees Refund requests must be made 48 hours before the event. If an event is canceled by PARC, registrants will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event. PARC is not responsible for refunds in cases of force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control. For events that are canceled after they begin, PARC may offer a prorated refund at the discretion of the Board of Directors. If a prorated refund is granted, it will be processed within 10 business days following the Board of Directors' decision. If a refund request is denied and the user disputes the decision, the matter may be escalated to the Board of Directors for a final review.
Membership Fees Membership dues are non-refundable, except in special circumstances approved by the Board of Directors.
No-Waiver Clause Failure by PARC to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of our rights. Any waiver of a provision must be explicitly stated in writing and signed by an authorized PARC representative to be legally binding. No course of dealing or failure to enforce any rights shall constitute a waiver of such rights.
